Just got back from a Dave Gibbons signing that took place at OK Comics in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Gibbons was super-courteous to all the fans, some of whom had queued for up to an hour to see him. He was officially there to promote his new Watching the Watchmen book but was happy to sign anything thrown in front of him. Those that brought, or purchased, the Watchmen graphic novel were treated to a sketch of Rorschach on the inner page, some fans also brought along other titles he’d worked on for him to sign and he was happy to oblige. Oh, and while we were there, Dave confirmed that the Watchmen film is still officially set for release on March 6 2009
