[REC]2, Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza’s sequel to the highly acclaimed [REC], starts 15 minutes from where the first movie left off:
It has been just 15 minutes after authorities lost contact with the people locked in the building under quarantine. Nobody knows what happens inside. Outside is chaos… a SWAT unit enters the interior of the house to monitor the situation and determine what is happening. A seemingly quick and easy task. But everyone knows. Sometimes appearances can be deceiving.
The highly anticipated sequel has already been released in Spain and New Zealand, and now I can exclusively reveal that E1 Entertainment are set to release [REC]2 in the UK on May 28th 2010 – which will make for a nice birthday treat for me!
