Sammo Law (played by martial arts superstar Sammo Hung), a top flight cop and hand to hand combat instructor from Shanghai, China comes to Los Angeles to search for a crime boss and a female undercover cop whom his department lost contact with. Once there, his temporary mission is turned into an ongoing exchange position and he is partnered with a pair of cops. As they battle the criminal elements of the city, his skill in martial arts proves to be a big help.

8.00pm Anaconda 2: Hunt for the Blood Orchid (Sci-Fi Channel)
A corporate research team goes on an expedition through the Borneo jungle to find a rare and valuable flower. But their search is hampered by in-fighting, the elements… and a giant, ravenous snake. Schlocky horror sequel directed by Dwight H. Little.

9.00pm Firestorm (Movies4Men)
Firefighter Jesse Graves has to save ornithologist Jennifer and other people caught in a forest fire, which was set up by the lawyer of convicted killer Earl Shaye, who escaped from the prison with several of his inmates posing as firefighters to recover $37,000,000 in stashed loot. Un-appreciated action flick starrring ex-US footballer Howie Long, Scott Glenn and William Forsythe.

10.00pm Tremors (Sci-Fi Channel)
Trying to escape their dead-end life in the desert town of Perfection, Nevada, Valentine “Val” McKee and Earl Bassett find themselves sidetracked when corpses mysteriously start piling up around them. When Val and Earl have a run-in with some creepy tentacled creatures that have made lunch out of a road crew, they retreat back to the town to spread the news. With the help of Rhonda, Val and Earl kill one of the monsters. But there are three of them left, and they are each about 30 feet long. Walter starts calling the monsters graboids. When the survivors think they have outwitted the graboids by taking refuge atop the roofs of buildings, the graboids merely destroy the buildings’ foundations, killing two people. The graboids are quick learners when it comes to stalking their prey, and the humans must continually be on their toes if they are to stay alive while they try to find a way to defeat the graboids.

11.00pm King of New York (Movies4Men)
Drug lord Frank White (Christopher Walken) is released from Sing-Sing prison after serving a number of years for drug trafficking. He is reunited with his former gang, led by the murderous Jimmy Jump, as well as his personal female bodyguards Raye and Melanie, and his lover/lawyer Jennifer. After seeing his old neighborhood more dilapidated and depressing than ever, Frank decides to do good by eliminating his competitors whom filled the void left by his incarceration, then steal their money and drugs to finance a new South Bronx hospital for the needy. But Frank’s past won’t let go of him when a group of overzealous cops, led by corrupt detective Roy Bishop, frustrated at the lack of clues to nail Frank on for the current street killings, decide to take matters into their own hands. Directed by Abel Ferrara.

12.50am Night of the Demons 3: Demon House (Zone Horror)
After their car breaks down on Halloween night, a pair of teenage girls hitch a ride with a group of misfits from their high school. However, on the way an accident leads them to believe they shot a police officer, so they decide to stop at an abandoned mortuary to hide out, plan their next move, oh, and engage in hedonistic activities. Problem is, the place IS inhabited… by the demonic Angela. Soon everyone is turning against each other as Angela kills them, deceives them, or transforms them into demons.

    Not going to watch the second episode of Caprica tonight on SyFy? I’ve got some friends that missed the pilot last week, so we’re going to watch them both tonight. Should be fun!
