8.00pm Friday the 13th: The Series (Zone Horror)
An old antique dealer made a pact with the Devil to sell cursed antiques. When he dies, his store is inherited by his niece Micki and her cousin Ryan. With the help of Jack Marshak, they fight to retrieve the antiques from the people who bought them to stop them from causing harm. Season One, episode 13.
9.00pm Beetlejuice (Comedy Central)
On being killed in a car crash, Adam (Alec Baldwin) and Barbara (Geena Davis) discover they must earn their passage into Heaven by staying in their old home for the next 50 years. There’s one problem – they need to share their surroundings with repulsive Charles (Jeffrey Jones) and Delia (Catherine O’Hara) Deetz, who have moved in with their morbid teenage daughter Lydia (Winona Ryder). Adam and Barbara call in the amazing, but unstable, exorcist Betelgeuse (Michael Keaton) to rid their home of human pests. Classic film from director Tim Burton.
10.00pm My Bloody Valentine (Sky Movies Premiere)
The lone survivor of a terrible mining disaster goes on a murderous rampage before being shot by police. Many years later the killings begin again. Could the pick-axe wielding killer be back from the dead? Remake of the original 80s stalk and slash shocker.
10.50pm Boogeyman 3 (Sci-Fi Channel)
A student is suspicious after witnessing her roommate commit suicide, and suspects there is something sinister behind it. She discovers the legendary monster drove her friend to kill herself and will soon strike again – but convincing others of this proves difficult. Horror three-quel which is better than the two films that preceded it. Review.
10.55pm Tamara (Zone Horror)
Spellbinding tale of vengeance from the creator of Final Destination. When bullied Tamara is killed by her tormentors she returns from the grave with deadly mystical powers and a sexy new look!
11.00pm Being Erica (E4)
Erin Karpluk stars in this comedy drama about a woman who starts seeing a counsellor to deal with her regrets in life only to discover that he has the ability to LITERALLY take her back in time to change these events. Time travel drama in the style of Quantum Leap and Back to the Future. Season One, episode 2.
12.30am Revenge of the Nerds (Skt Movies Modern Greats)
Classic 1980s teen comedy in which nerdish college freshmen Skolnick (Robert Carradine) and Gilbert (Anthony Edwards) form their own fraternity for computer-whiz misfits.
12.55am Audition (Zone Horror)
A lonely widower views fake auditions in the hope he will find companionship. However, the young woman who catches his eye harbours a sinister secret. Highly-acclaimed Japanese horror from director Takashi Miike.
