February 26th sees the release of Breck Eisner’s remake of the George Romero flick The Crazies, starring Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell, Danielle Panabaker, and Joe Anderson in a film that tells the story of a small midwestern town that starts to go a little… crazy.
Yes it’s a remake, but if the early reviews are to be believed, the film is actually one of the (very) small handful of remakes that actually improve on the original. Don’t believe us? Just check out the suitably tense clip from the film below, courtesy of UGO:
