Archaeologist Nicholas Zavaterro along with his grad students discover a vase with an ancient manuscript informing them of the whereabouts of Noah’s first ark that imprisoned a monster known as the darkness. Zavaterro, his grad students and his ex-wife/archaeologist head to Iraq to where it is. Along with some babysitting American Soldiers they discover the ark and find a crate which they obviously open and unleash the darkness. Stars Tim DeKay (White Collar, Carnivale) and Renee O’Connor (Hercules, Xena)

Sci-Fi channel original movie in which scientists race against time to save mankind when a comet makes an unexpected turn in space and threatens to destroy all life on Earth.
9.00pm Walking Tall: The Payback (Movies 24)
A man returns to his home town after his father the sheriff is killed. Finding the town overrun with criminals, he decides to take over his father’s law enforcing duties. However, when he realises how corrupt the authorities are, he decides to become a vigilante and clean up the town in his own fashion. Action thriller sequel starring Kevin Sorbo aka TV’s Hercules.
10.00pm The Night Before (Film24)
Winston Connelly wakes up in the middle of the night in an alley with no idea of how he got there. Nor does he know where in Los Angeles he is or why he is wearing a beat-up tuxedo. Through a series of flashbacks, he remembers that he was sidetracked on his way to the prom the night before. In the meantime, he has to figure out what happened to his wallet, his car keys, his date, and why a pimp named “Tito” wants him dead. This little-seen 80s gem features Keanu Reeves in a very early starring role as Winston.

When an army of radioactive ants are unknowingly carted into a skyscraper, a group of people have to find a way out before they’re eaten one by one. Low budget killer-ant movie directed by Frd Olen Ray and starring C. Thomas Howell.
12.00am My Bloody Valentine (Sky Movies Premiere)
In the mining town of Harmony, a drilling accident is caused by the son of the owner, Tom Hanniger. The mine collapses, burying six miners alive. The rescue team finds only Harry Warden alive, but in coma, and the other miners murdered by his pickax, and they conclude that Harry killed them to save oxygen for himself. On Valentine’s Day, Harry awakes from his coma in the local hospital, and he kills twenty-two people, including a group of teenagers that are partying in the mine. Harry is killed by the deputy, but the only survivors are Tom Hanniger, his girlfriend Sarah, their friend Axel Palmer and his girlfriend Irene. Ten years later, Tom returns to Harmony after the death of his father. Tom has decided to sell the Hanniger Mine, and finds that Sarah has married Axel, who is now the local sheriff, and they have a son named Noah. On Valentine’s Day, Harry Warden also returns, seeking revenge against those that had escaped his pickax in the past, and Tom is accused by Axel and other locals, who in turn makes accusations against Axel.
