Just when we thought the Avengers situation at Marvel couldn’t get more confusing, along comes a new set of teasers to compound all our theories on just who are the Secret Avengers once more…
This week sees Marvel revealing the line-up for the resurrected New Avengers book – we should’ve guessed they wouldn’t really end one of Marvel’s most successful comic books – it seems that the series is merely getting a reboot with a new charater line-up and a re-numbering, restarting all the way back at issue 1.
First up for the teaser treatment is Luke Cage, who is also heading up the Thunderbolts when that series is rebooted post Siege too.
The relaunched New Avengers hits comic stores everywhere in June, and like the last iteration of the series the book will be written by Brian Michael Bendis and drawn by Stuart Immonen.
