Scientists discover two gigantic prehistoric sea creatures frozen at the bottom of the ocean. An unforeseen accident revives the two leviathans who begin causing destruction along the Californian coast. The only way to stop their rampage is to find a way to goad them into destroying each other.
10.00pm Dean Koontz’s Sole Survivor (True Movies 2)
After the death of his wife and daughter in a plane crash, a reporter discovers that the crash may have been related to a scientific experiment involving children. Part One of Two.
11.00pm Morgana (Horror Channel)
A coven of vampires operates out of a modeling/escort agency known as Blonde Heaven. Angie came from Oklahoma to find her way into the movie business, but is followed by her boyfriend Kyle. Head vamp Illyana takes a liking to Angie and convinces her to do escort work for the agency, but has other recruiting plans for her as well. While the vampires do their sleazy work around LA (and Angie gets in over her head), Kyle and a vampire hunter team up to try and stop the fiends. Stars scream queens Julie Strain and Michelle Bauer.
11.50pm King Ralph (Sky Movies Showcase)
Comedy starring John Goodman as the eponymous Ralph, a Las Vegas entertainer who is launched into international fame when it is discovered that he is the only living heir to the British throne. After the entire Royal Family is killed in a freak accident, the loveable Las Vegas slob must quickly learn the airs and graces expected of a blue-blooded monarch.
12.50am Sudden Death (Sky Movies Action & Thriller)
Darren McCord (Jean Claude Van Damme) takes his two kids to a Pittsburgh Penguins National Hockey League play-off game, unknowing that the sports arena has been taken over by terrorists, who are holding the Vice President of the United States, as well as many other high-ranking officials hostage. Darren later becomes the only one who is aware of the situation. And, the stakes are raised when the terrorists announce that they will blow-up the building at the end of the game. Therefore, Darren must not only subdue the terrorists, but postpone the game and send it to overtime.
