Legendary actor Al Pacino is set to join the cast of the Adam Sandler comedy Jack and Jill, along with Dawsons Creek actress turned wife of Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes.
The pair join Adam Sandler in the film which sees Jack, a family man,have to deal with his twin sister, Jill, when she visits for Thanksgiving then won’t leave. Sandler will play both Jack AND Jill. THR reports that Holmes would play Sandler’s wife, whilst Pacino is set to play himself(!).
Jack and Jill comes from director Dennis Dugan (Happy Gilmore) and is produced by Sandler and Happy Madison partner Jack Giarraputo with Todd Garner. The film will start shooting this October for a 2011 release.
